The upper arch of the steering wheel - the rubber cover has detached from the steering wheel frame and is cracking and breaking down.

I bought a rubberized steering wheel cover to hold it in place for $19 or so.I did some investigation and learned this is a problem with Honda interiors made since 2000.

This is in addition to serious factory-bad transmission issues and excessive engine oil consumption and other serious problems with the SRS and airbags.
