Accord EX 2.4L I4

  • Automatic transmission
  • 80,000 miles

Multiple trips to the detail car shop to get the water extracted after a rainstorm. Over $100 each time. Plus inconvenience of interrupted schedules. Very uncomfortable riding on wet seats. A concern of interior corrosion and damage to electrical systems. Also opens the sunroof. Asked several dealers in the area, they all gave me a blank stare. A simple $8.00 item may have solved the problem.

Accord EX 2.5L 4 cyl

  • Manual transmission
  • 4,000 miles

The auto-up feature on the driver's window occasionally failed. When I let go of the button, the window went back down instead of continuing up. The dealer was aware of this problem and reprogrammed the motor. The problem still exists but happens much less frequently. I reported the problem a 2nd time, but of course it worked fine in the shop.
