My Honda Brio car no is TN-03 H 9745. It has been 1.5 years since I bought this car. The mileage, which they assured is 18 km/litre in City, but still now, the car provides a mileage of only 10 kms. I am worried very much due to this poor mileage. I also reported the complaint to the Honda Service Center (Sundaram Honda - Mount road). They told we will do some adjustment but after that also the mileage hasn't improved.
So kindly provide me proper justice or any other alternates to improve the mileage of car. Honda being a People's Brand shouldn't cheat customers. I expect a very genuine resolution from Honda.
