On my 2011 I had to pay for the rear retractable cover for the cargo section. Online for the 2012, the web site said it was standard. When I went to Mainline Honda in Ardmore, they claimed it was not available for the 2012 CR-V. In June 2012, my co-worker bought a silver 2012 CR-V with the retractable cover installed, without having asked for it. This was a Honda dealer in Newark, DE. I have searched on the web site for it and not been able to even buy it as an accessory from the Honda in Maryland, Delaware or in Ardmore, PA. I really wanted that cover in the back, and I'm feeling very ripped off!

I paid a deposit on the car on Dec 18 and it was not ready for more than a month later - lots of excuses - even the tsunami. Then, the security locator was not ready so I had to bring it in three days later. I was told the GPS memory card would be ready in a week - it is now three weeks. The salesman even told me other customers who are important government officials got the GPS ahead of me. It is my 4th Honda purchased from the same agency (Dalton) and my last as the service just is not where it used to be. I now just want my GPS (and the clock works on the GPS so I always have the wrong hour flashing at me now) and then I will not have to deal with the sales team again at Honda. I will deal with service people and my next car will be from someone else. I already told my father not to buy a Honda as planned as my agency says they have trouble with supplies still from last year's tsunami.
