Very poor usage of my remote starter. I have to go outside most of the time to get it to work. I can unlock my car from a distance but the starter will not work. I have been told that Honda is having a problem with this but have not been offered any solution. The service department has told me there is nothing they can do. I asked them to deactivate it so I could purchase one that works for me and was told that was not possible because it is built in the car system. I am sorry that I traded my 2012 CRV in because the remote that I had installed worked much better. I would not recommend buying one with a factory remote starter if that is important to you.
