When we handed over the vehicle for servicing, it was in perfect working condition. We asked him to adjust the accelerator as it was set on higher side. I received the vehicle after trial taken by said technicians/advisor,clutch and acceleration was not working at all. When i asked the service advisor,he replied that your clutch pressure plate needs to be replaced and expenses would be 18-20000 and the SA was getting late and left.
I am astonished to receive my vehicle in such a bad condition that It was even difficult for me to drive back home.Since yesterday the vehicle is lying idle at my doorstep.Hence you are requested to look into the matter and help us to rectify the fault so that the car can be driven.It is for your information that we are passionate to drive HONDA and have another Honda CITY car.
