rust

Not sure why the dealership is considering an issue for the owner if they are having rusting problems because the right rust proofing was not done. This is extremely frustrating and unfair since I have to make payments and they just ignore my concerns.

rust rust rust

i purchased my car from Sundaram Honda Chennai 2.6 years back. Its bonnet and driver doors have started rusting horribly, specially front bonnet. There is not even a single scratch in those zones. Being A surfaces this issue is not at all acceptable in a high end vehicle, bonnet surface is almost eaten up by rust. I'm not residing close to sea and my car is always parked in covered parking. Service station guys are not responding to this issue and straight away told me even company can't do anything. Being associated with automobile industry I can clearly understand it is manufacturing fault, probably surface not cleaned before painting.

Kindly suggest me what way to approach Honda. They are not accepting any fault and not ready to repair as well. 2 days back they said they will replace parts, next day they said they said they cant do it. Even dealership is not communicating properly.
