It is very strange that Honda is a Multi National company and customer care is so poor. As I'm your regular customer; I purchase one vehicle every year .One of my Vehicle "FD-13-192" has brake problems, huge noise produced when I used brakes to stop the car. I have visited customer care center "Honda Chenab Faisalabad, Punjab, Pakistan" several times from year 2013 and requested to resolve my issue but every time i return with nothing but frustration (i think they are unable to resolve the issue, they also take snaps and make video but could not resolve my issue, in my opinion it is a manufacturing fault).
Would you like to resolve my issue on permanent basis please; otherwise I have to switch over to any other service dealer.
