I purchased Honda City I-vtec model with sunroof bearing registration no. DL4CNC from your dealer Ringroad Honda on 05the Sept 2013.

The Car is presently with me in Patna and hence I have been getting the car regularly serviced by your dealer Vaishali Honda.

During the second servicing it was noticed that one of the front tires had developed some bulge and the same was pointed out to the service center. I was advised by the service center that some representative from the tire company would be approaching me regarding correcting the defect.

During the third servicing it was noticed that both the front tires have developed some bulge. The same was again brought to the notice of the service center but despite repeated follow-up over the phone, no one has approached us for correcting the defect.

I therefore request that my complaint be formally lodged with your company and corrective actions be carried out without any further delay.
