Civic LX 4.0L

I bought my 2011 Honda in July 2013 two weeks after I had my car the rear window stopped working. Honda said they fixed the problem. the window worked until a week ago it is now exactly a year later and the window will not go down. clearly they didn't fix it the first time around. Now I am over my warranty so if the window gets fixed I will have to pay for it and I'm not willing to do that what I will do is trade to a Toyota.
