The contact owns a 2011 Honda Civic. The contact stated that while driving in inclement weather the windshield prevented the snow to be removed from the side of the window with ease. The contact called the manufacturer regarding the windshield and they suggested adding a trim to the side of the windshield. Snow accumulation effected the contacts vision while driving in inclement weather. The failure mileage was 420.
