Honda Quality.... What a joke.

We purchased a new 2014 Honda Crosstour, and were extremely excited as we took a test drive with the salesman. We were constantly talking and did not notice the noisy engine during our short drive. As we drove home in our shiny new vehicle, the noise became very apparent. The "Sound Control System" either isn't working, or is overwhelmed by the clattering of the engine.

When I took the car in to the dealer (a week or two later) for repairs, I was informed by the Service Rep. that the noise, even though it sounds like a diesel engine, was not caused by incorrect valve lash, but by the "Multi-Point Fuel Injectors." When I said the noise was unacceptable, he replied that all engines that have the same injectors were just as noisy, and there was nothing he could do. I said that Honda should consider a new logo... "WE'RE NO WORSE THAN ANYBODY ELSE." That should sell a few cars.

We are so disappointed with this car, we are already considering selling it. We will probably consider every other vehicle on the road before we even think about buying another Honda. Should have kept our 2006 Toyota Camry (42000 Miles). Since I can't use profanity on this site, suffice it to say that Honda SUCKS!
