The contact owns a 2010 Honda Fit. While driving 15 mph, the rear driver's door failed to lock manually or electronically. There was also an abnormal clicking noise emerging from the vehicle. There were no warning indicators illuminated. The contact called troy Honda (1835 maplelawn dr, troy, mi 48084, (248) 649-0202) and was provided a repair quote. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was contacted and did not assist. The failure mileage was 85,000.
