DON'T EVER EVER BUY A HONDA CAR !! To ALL Honda fans out there : Honda might look attractive from the outside and they can announce lots of good news BUT when you really got a Honda Car, their warranty values SUCKS !! I'm one of the victim of their Warranty Values Scam (I believe there are many out there) especially when you buy it through one of their authorized dealer located at Jalan Imbi with it's Service Centre currently at Old Klang Road (moving to Cheras soon). I'm currently experiencing the BAD WARRANTY VALUES and Honda is going all the way to MAKE profits from their Warranty Dept... They don't even border to check your problems thoroughly, blame straight on your Multiplex Box, giving ridiculous reasons...!! When I approached directly to Honda Malaysia, the issue were not settled...!! They (Honda Malaysia) will eventually support their Dealers (maybe due to businesses given throughout the Dealership) comparing to me, I just got a car.. I asked for an official letter of the explanation, it took ages for them to revert and I even had to quarrel over the phone for the said letter... Just merely sharing my bad experience and this will be my 1st and LAST Honda Car... YOU CAN TRY IF YOU WANT but PIECE OF PERSONAL ADVICE, you can have better cars, better service and Honorable Warranty Values from other Automobile Company... HONDA in actual fact, nothing to yell about... REMEMBER... HONDA is out to VOID warranties and MAKE PROFITS from this area... They expect you to read through the whole warranty booklet by yourself and did not take the initiative to brief you on the important notes upon collecting your car... Even our NATIONAL CARS can Warranty their POWER WINDOW for 10 years with the condition of servicing your car at the authorized service centre, whereas HONDA...??!! huh??!! they just Void the Warranty like peeling off an orange skin... I'm currently driving a Korean Brand Car and they even changed faulty parts under the warranty program after 4.5 years which is very good and worth to Consider... Please put HONDA Car at your LEAST consideration if you want to own a GOOD CAR... A GOOD CAR not only look nice on the outter part but as a WHOLE to determined whether it's JUSTIFIABLE and MONEY WORTH..
