Odyssey Elite

Navigation stopped working. Garbled green screen. Took to dealer they said disk needed to be reloaded. No disk in car. Dealer got disc. Not problem, dealer said disc drive bad. $750.00 to repair. Authorized repair. Dealer called again said drive not problem, need to replace audio system. $6,500.00!!!

Going through complaint process with Toyota America.

Update from Nov 14, 2016: Dealer now says they found a remanufactured audio unit from Honda and $1,060.00 to replace. Will have 3 year 36k mile warranty. Authorized repair.
