The contact owns a 2009 Hyundai Accent. The contact stated that the brake pedal abnormally traveled to the floorboard when depressed. The contact had taken the vehicle to the dealer several times, but the failure was not corrected. The dealer replaced the brake cylinder four times. The contact spoke with the manufacturer and was told that the vehicle was operating in the manner in which it was designed. The failure mileage was 75 and the current mileage was 34,000. The horn was replaced. Also, the consumer problems with the front end, the tires were cupping, as a result the front end had to be aligned. Also, there were water stains on the carpet. It appeared water entered the vehicle through the holes in the tire wells. The oil drain plug was replaced. Updated 09/02/14

The contact owns a 2009 Hyundai Accent. The contact stated while looking over her left shoulder she noticed that she was unable to have a view of on coming traffic. The rear drivers door seal and the back window. The vehicle was taken to the dealer and inspected where it was determined that the vehicle was designed with the feature and no repairs would be made. She then contacted the manufacturer and was informed that the vehicle was designed with the feature. The failure mileage was 400 and the current mileage is 1,050.
