This is the second time in one week that my car would not start. Both times it was after a heavy rainstorm. It happened this morning when I was getting ready to leave for work. We had thunderstorms during the night. It took 3 times before it turned over. All the lights were lit on the panel when I turned the key but it was deader than a door nail.
