gas line caught fire after repairing the gas line gas line caught fire after repairing the gas line gas line caught fire after repairing the gas line

In the summer of 2013, I took my 2011 Hyundai to repair the engine. The car was returned to me in late July. In approximately one month after the car was returned, I began smelling gas fumes coming through the vents. I immediately took my car back to the Hyundai dealership and told the service manager the problem. He indicated that he would take care of the problem. He called me on the phone and indicated that the problem was solved.

I went to pick up the vehicle and the service manager said, "Hey Mr. Harvey, you were lucky, the gas line was not attached to the vehicle; however, we got you straight and the vehicle is good to go." He said that the gas line was repaired. Approximately 2-3 weeks after I picked up the vehicle, I was driving on Hwy 70 and I began to smell gas fumes again, I began to get off an exit and the car caught on fire as I was driving. I knew that I was in trouble when I reached to put the car in the park position and I burned my hand. I jump from the vehicle landing on my hands and neck area.
