Dealer told me the wear was from the seatbelt caught in the door. Not the case. I think it is poor design of the door and seat placement. With the seat back as far as it will go for my height to get in I brush the door sear with my butt. Thus the wear. With the seat up closer I can't get in. Had to fight to get it replaced. I am sure it will happen again.
