The contact stated that the software was updated, but the failure recurred. The vehicle was then taken to rodeo Hyundai (12925 N autoshow ave, surprise, AZ 85388 (623) 214-4100) where it was diagnosed with the same software malfunction. The software was updated for the second time, but the failure persisted. The manufacturer was made aware of the failures, but did not offer any assistance.
