Something fell on my windshield, cracked it significantly, and now the entire thing needs to be replaced. After waiting several days for the glass to be delivered (which I was ok with given that it was a new model car), I was then informed that a new gasket was needed which was backorder NATION-WIDE. The ETA could be as late as April 10, which would be 30 days after the initial accident. Is there anything else I can do to speed up the process?
