Dealer 'repaired' the issue twice under warranty. It always came back on. The service people told me that it was a commonly occurring problem with this model and that the wiring harness under the driver's seat kept disconnecting. After complaining over and over, I have given up and refuse to spend an insane $3500 to replace the harness!

It amazes me that no one has filed a lawsuit against Hyundai over an injury due to this failure!!

This has been fixed a couple of times when I first purchased the vehicle. This is very annoying because the light comes back on shortly after it was fixed. After awhile the light would go off for awhile. On and off on and off. Last two or three times it went in a garage they could not find the problem. (Even hooked it up on the trouble shooting machine) to no avail. Now it is staying on permanently. Will this cause my airbags not to deploy?
