the paint or whatever Infiniti used on the trim of the steering wheel started to come off. The only fix is to replace the trim I am sure it would be at my expense. It looks nasty with it coming off all over the steering wheel, rather than have it chipped and coming off all over the place I went ahead and removed the rest of it. It still looks like a hot mess, but at least all of it is off. Not what I expected to happen to my car that was less than 7 years old at the time. Come on Nissan/Infiniti you have got to make a better product if you want me to purchase another one of your cars! Take car of the defects in your product, if you are selling a luxury car, then make a luxury car. Take car of the issues that customers are complaining about - stand behind your product and fix these issues at no cost to the customer!
