paint is peeling paint is peeling paint is peeling

I have a 2014 Infinity QX56. The paint is peeling on the hood, roof, and rear of the vehicle. I've been to a couple of body shops, and both of them said that it is a manufacturer defect. I am waiting to hear back from Infinity now, but if they will not solve the problem, I am prepared to seek legal action!
