2 days after I bought this car the whole engine blew. There was a leak in the water pump. My mechanic didn't fully express how bad it was, so it led me to drive thus destroying my engine. 1,000 bucs later I get a new engine. About a month later I get it "fixed". During the process my mechanic noticed the starter was cracked from being tampered with previously. There were spliced wires connecting to the starter. These wires later caused me much grief and money. Not fully knowing that the wires were the cause of the problem, I became stranded in a few places, towing was the only solution. My mechanic found them and soldered them correctly. Around about a month later(currently right now) The windshield motor finally showed it's true colors and became a huge problem. Not only can you not drive in the rain-now that it's the rainy season- you can't really fix it. There is a recall out for this make but only to certain cars. It's very expensive according to your view- 300+. So you can try to ghetto rig it by messing the elevation of the motor box. Tonight-10-02-2005-This same car aften just a few das of "seeming" alrigth just out of the blue died. I came around the corner and the lights dimmed and the whole car died. The horn and everything else went out.. Then randomly twice came on for a few moments then again died. The cost 114.00-and I am now once more confused and frustrated. This car once seemed a catch now all it has become is a true curse. Can you help? PLeasE help... anyone.. thanks
