Car was taken to dealer but 9 hours later, they call to pick up car. They receive the wrong parts. They will re-order parts an will call for repair / replacement. At today's date they had not provide service and/or call for service. A call was placed today to [xxx] to rep. [xxx]. he told " Chrysler does not known how will be fix ". information redacted pursuant to the Freedom Of Information Act (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6).
