The contact owns a 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The contact stated that while driving 20 mph, the vehicle stalled and was unable to be restarted. The check engine light illuminated prior to the failure. The vehicle was inspected by the dealer who stated that the failure was caused by the catalytic converter. The vehicle had not been repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 100,000.
