Grand Cherokee Limited V8

I called motorworld in Wilkes Barre, Pa regarding my powertrain warranty. First I was told that I wasn't the first owner, when in fact I am. When I bought that car I used my maiden name, but got married 3 years after. They were claiming that because I am using my marriage name, I am the second owner. Then they told me that my lifetime powertrain warranty wasn't being honored because I didn't take my car to get an inspection within 5 years of owning it. I've had my car there several times for problems with my car, and I was never once told that my warranty would be expiring if I didn't get an inspection. After calling jeep customer service, they told me that if I could provide documentation that my car was there only in october of 2014, they would take another look at it. Motorworld was willing to help in any way. They were very rude. I think it's really wrong of this company to do. The reason why I bought the 2009 and not the 2010 was because of the LIFETIME powertrain warranty. The fact that they won't honor it now is very unfair. I was never contacted about this. It's funny how these companies work and that's how they get you. I hope that this problem can be resolved because I love my car and would like to buy a new jeep, but if this problem doesn't get resolved, I will go with a different company.
