Grand Cherokee Overland 5.7L

  • CVT transmission
  • 21,500 miles

Buy a top end vehicle thinking you are getting a better product and the rotors warp. They have to be replaced while the brake shoes still have 60%. it was not just one but all 4 rotors.

1st brake job required rotor replacement

This is the first brake job and the pads are still 25% but the rotors need to be replaced, The rotors aren't lasting as long as the pads on a vehicle that cost over $40,000.00. I would say that this is an issue. Now knowing that I have to spend over $800.00 on every brake job, it makes me think about buying another Jeep or Chrysler vehicle. And I am a die hard Dodge man. This doesn't happen on my Ford F-350 work truck. I wanted to buy a Dodge 2500 Cummins but now maybe not.
