problem #2

Grand Cherokee 5.7L V8

  • CVT transmission
  • 14,500 miles

Vehicle didn't want to engage and locked up the gears. had to start and stop engine several time to get it to go into gear. once in gear and on the road noticed a hesitation feeling or tugging feeling while in operation, mainly when speeds of 45 MPH or higher.

Again Dealer Service at North West Dodge Chrysler,Jeep never could find a thing wrong, was told that this is normal driving operation for the Hemi 5.7 with the ECON set up like in the 2011 and that all Chrysler vehicles do this it just depends on how soon it becomes noticeable to you and mentioned that Chrysler has no fix except the flash update. which only works for a bout a week and that more than likely we will be bringing it in to have flash updates for a while.

Grand Cherokee Laredo 3.6L V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 11,000 miles

On highway which is where most of my driving is done, getting a annoying droning humming noise between 65-70 MPH.Problem started after transmission update flash done on vehicle.sked if it could be re programmed back to original but was told unable to,and that they may come out with new update to cure! Anyone else have this problem? I'm not sure whether its the drive or the limited slip differential, but it is in the rear end
