The contact owns a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee. While driving various speeds on the highway, the headlights started to flicker and dim independently. The headlights were replaced several times. The dealer diagnosed that the headlight bulb needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired, but the failure persisted. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 11,748.
