Was involved in a collision wherein I was "T-boned" on the driver's side door/pillar while crossing a four lane intersection. My vehicle subsequently flipped multiple times before coming to a rest. I was able to crawl out of the car with my dog via the rear passenger side door. Not one single airbag deployed during the incident, including the side-impact airbags form the collision itself nor the side curtain airbags from the multiple rollovers. When I asked Jeep to investigate, I was sent a letter essentially saying: "your accident wasn't severe enough to warrant airbag deployment." - this despite, as I said, it being a multiple rollover event. My injuries consisted of soreness on my left side, a laceration on my right hand, and a heck of a bump on my head. Needless to say, I was extremely fortunate my injuries weren't worse; however, myself and practically everyone else including the officers and emts were baffled at the fact that not one single airbag deployed. I have photos of the vehicle after the wreck showing exterior damage as well as interior shots showing no airbag deployment.

Leather dash is bubbling and peeling which is causing dash mounted windshield defroster vents to be blocked. Blocked vents can not provide heat to the windshield causing ice build-up on the windshield during cold winter months. This results in blocked/impaired vision while on the roadway which could result in a crash. The leather dash has also bubbled over the passenger airbag which could affect the deployment of the airbag during a crash.

I noticed the leather dash bubbling a couple of months ago. Since then it's gotten much worse. After researching, it is the result of an incomplete process in the manufacturing from a vendor. The dash has bubbled so bad that the defrost vents asr distorted and no longer are effective. Also, it appars it could directly cause an ineffective deployment of the passenger airbag. Both are major safety hazards. After talking with both fca and a local dealership I was told there was nothing they could do. This is an issue that fca has known about for years with many complaints but refuses to correct the defect.

The contact owned a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee. While driving approximately 60 mph and attempting to make a sudden stop by depressing the brake pedal, the brakes failed. As a result, the vehicle crashed into the rear of two other vehicles. Prior to the crash, the brake pedal was depressed to the floorboard, but the vehicle did not stop or slow down. In addition, the air bags did not deploy and the driver sustained a concussion and back injury, which required medical attention. A police report was filed. The vehicle was destroyed and towed. The cause of the failure was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer and local dealer were not notified. The failure mileage was 122,813.

I was in a traffic accident and the air bags and SRS system did not deploy. I was hit on the driver front door and driver front fender. Force was great enough to push me into another direction, up a curb and into property and eventually stopping at a tree. The driver door was was unable to open, and front end was crumpled. The leather dash cover is coming loose from the underlying plastic. Effective deployment of the passenger side air bag could be affected. This is a problem Chrysler has known about for years but will not address. It is a problem with the subcontractor not completing the vacuum process when applying the leather cover to the dash. The seat belt failed to lock causing the consumer to suffer a broken eye socket. The passenger was killed. The vehicle was totaled.

The sun visors on the passenger side caught on fire the lining was burned, the compass on the dashboard was out as well. Also I have been having a problem with the driver airbag light it has been turning on and off for the past 3 years.
