Grand Cherokee Altitude V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 82,000 miles

2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude leaking from top compartment dome lights / sun glass holder. Dealership says is probably the draining that is clogged with debris or drain line is kinked. They want $170 to take a look, wow that hurts. Let’s hope we get a refund for this repair via lawsuit and avoid any additional water damage. Poor engineering

called Manhattan Jeep Chrysler 2 times about this leak in back window today with no reply yet... this is a brand new car, only driven it home 2 days ago and not driven again. Emailed 4 times about no extra key with no reply. Why doesn't Jeep supply 2 keys with their cars??? Makes no sense and cant say much positive about the service from Manhattan Jeep
