This was similar to the Sept. 20 problem.... another call to UConnect, but no solution.... eventually it "magically" started working after several cycles of vehicle being off.

Cold morning... system automatically turned on drivers seat heater and steering wheel heater at startup... later tried to hit CONTROL button so I could turn heat down.... button would NOT respond.... pulled into parking lot... turned vehicle off for 2 minutes.... DID NOT CLEAR THE PROBLEM. Drove on to destination 10 minutes away.... STILL STUCK. Left vehicle off, rechecked after 15 minutes and then IT RESPONDED. There is some massive code bug and/or hardware problem causing this. Have reported to dealer who tells me that they will check if there is an error trapped, but unless there is they cannot replace anything. THIS IS A LOT OF CRAP! THAT INCORRECTLY ASSUMES THE SYSTEM WILL TRAP ANY AND ALL ERRORS.
CLEARLY THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THIS VEHICLE AND JEEP NEEDS TO STAND UP TO IT..
I PAID OVER $50K FOR THIS VEHICLE AND TO IGNORE THIS KIND OF REPEATED PROBLEM IS DISHONEST!
