2016 GC bought 6/16 4500 miles. My wife left house with defroster on, she drove 10 min parked car in covered hospital lot, later came out to an exploded rear window. Lucky and I mean lucky someone was getting out of car with his wife in parking lot after my wife was already in hospital. He told officer that he walked past car then heard a bang, he turned around to see the window blown out with no one in sight.
Car is at dealer, we will let car sit till we get the police report that details the witness telling of the exploding window. 3 weeks ago Jeep was towed to dealer because of a dead battery and car could not be jumped or charged. They replaced battery and changed the firmware.
