I have a 2019 JGC High Altitude and the MAX AC blows the same as putting the fan at level 7 with it recirculating. It take 45 mins to an hour of driving in order for the whole car to cool down! My 5 year is sweating in her booster seat with a red face with the MAX AC on which blows no differently than the fan at level 7 with air recirculating in the cabin. The AC evaporator has already been replaced in March of 2019 18 hrs after owning it the AC blew HOT!!! I feel this is all tied together with this system. It is going to a different dealership tomorrow and hopefully Jeep has a fix or it's bye bye Jeep and hello something brand new!
