2002 JEEP LIBERTY AIR BAG RECALL. WENT TO DEALER FOR RECALL WITH NOTICE THAT HAVE NO STOCK. TOLD ME TO WAIT THEY WILL CALL ME. SO I WAITED, NO CALL. WENT BACK TO DEALER NO PARTS AVAILABLE. SPOKE TO MGR. MUST WAIT MY TURN. OK. THEY PUT ME ON A LIST. ONE YEAR LATER WENT BACK TO DEALER WITH FOURTH RECALL FOR AIR BAG. STILL NO PARTS FOR REPAIR. SPOKE TO MGR HE SAID JEEP ONLY SENDS THEM 10 AIR BAGS A WEEK. I TOLD HIM YOU PUT ME ON THE LIST ONE YEAR AGO, HE SAID I MUST HAVE MISSED THEIR CALL. SO SAID CAN I SEE THE LIST TO SEE WHERE MY NAME IS. HE SAID NO. I LEFT PISSED OFF. CAR STILL NOT FIXED. I CALL JEEP THEY SAID TRY ANOTHER DEALER. I ASK JEEP TO CALL A DEALER FOR ME. THEY SEND ME TO ANOTHER DEALER. GOT THEIR RECALL NOTICE NO PARTS AVAILABLE.
