More than a year after this vehicle was recalled, Jeep/Chrysler has still not made parts available to correct the problem with my vehicle - calls to the manufacturer and local dealership and manufacturer have not yielded any concrete actions beyond "parts should be available" in August 2014. This defect is listed as a "safety" issue by the manufacturer and yet has been allowed to go uncorrected for an extended period of time - this situation is shameful and places drivers at risk.
