The contact owns a 2007 Jeep Liberty. While driving approximately 40 mph, the contact noticed a vehicle coming at her head on and steered into a ditch to avoid crashing into the vehicle. The contact then crashed into a telephone pole. The air bags did not deploy. The contact sustained injuries to her face and neck. The contact was transported by ambulance to the hospital. The police reported to the scene and a report was filed. The vehicle was destroyed. The approximate failure mileage was 70,000.
