problem #1

Wrangler Sahara 3.8L

My wife jeep is in excellent condition no modifications garage kept oil changed every 3,500 miles records for everything. She called me at 5 pm and said jeep shut down and won't start. I went to look at jeep and had to have it towed. They took it to a local Dealer (Berglund Auto) in Roanoke Va. they said they had no idea and they had to discuss what the problem was. Well two days later it all of a sudden needs a new engine. W.T.H.!!!

I contacted Chrysler and they stated pretty much sorry your screwed you need to purchase a new engine. So I had it towed to another garage and they are going to be cheaper and want to install a Jasper which I'm fine with. So they price went from $6,002.91 to $4,650 . Jeep should stand behind their die hard jeep fans.. I think they should help but they won't and I hope they read this but I know they won't
