follower failure and worn camshafts

Bought the Jeep April 2015 with less than 500 miles on it. March 2018 heard a clicking noise with 47000 miles on it. Took it in Dealer mechanics said the following:

47887 follower failure and worn camshafts engine noise from right side of engine. removed valve cover and inspected. Found abnormal wear on cylinder 1 and 3 intake cam lobes and wear from failed roller bearing on cylinder 3 exhaust camshaft. replaced intake and exhaust camshafts and replaced all tappets and followers on right cylinder head. replaced right valve cover gasket and refilled with coolant.

Covered by warranty.

They also said my radiator had a leak. They said would cost $1100. Leak was said to be on right side near corner of radiator.
