heat does not blow after car warms up

So my new 2016 Jeep Wrangler has a strange problem. When the car is cold the heat blows fine. Once the car is warm I turn it off. Once in a while ( few times a week) if I then turn the heat back on it sounds like it's blowing at full power but little to no are come out of the vent. It's at the dealer now and so far it has not happened while they are driving. Anyone else have this type of problem?
