I have gone through over 4 sets of mud terrain tires over the last two years that are unevenly worn and no one knew why. Most recently, the rear right tire had a sidewall gash and had a flat tire, we began smelling smoke and ended up taking the Jeep into brakemasters and was told the entire rear differential was failing and falling apart. We had the rear diff replaced, brakes, rotors and paid $5000 out of pocket and as I was driving from home to tucson the other day to my maternity appointment, the back right tire began screeching while not braking and began sizzling and burning with oil coming out from the tire. I immediately stopped at the nearest brakemasters and they said that an entirely new rear differential is needed. Not only could the Jeep have caught on fire with this safety issue but I kept losing control of the steering in the middle of the city with a 2 year old and one on the way. I am hoping to see some sort of resolution on this and to be communicated with other Jeep owners of this safety issue.

Traction light came on and ABS light also came on.car stall and the car was about to turn ok by itself.,this happened while my was on her way home from work.so she told me and I went to check it out for sure the car did the same exact things as she explains.I took the car to the dealershipfor service which they service the car and flush the engine on the 10/08/19 and the traction light was still on and ABS light was also on so I took it back to dealer and told them.this is when they told me they have to sent it out for a diagnostic that would course me $140 then to get fix parts and labor going to be extra.I don't get how a car with 28000 miles can start giving suchproblems. This is the same dealership I ordered the car in 2015.

Driving a 2016 Jeep Wrangler with the original Goodyear Wrangler tires P255/75R17 at 45 degrees F for less than 5min at 35mph on a residential street, slowed to below 5mph to make a gradual right turn then stopped at an intersection. After stopping at a light, the left rear tire sidewall exploded for unknown reason. Tire completely deflated in less than 15sec. The tire did not contact a curb and was not punctured by a foreign object.

Jeep death wobble - whilst taking my son to school I was traveling at approximately 45 mph, I stuck a small pothole with my right front tire. The vehicle front end began to shake violently as the steering wheel oscillated about 6 inches back and forth. It was very difficult to maintain control of the vehicle and nearly collided with center median and vehicles to my right. Slowing down to about 5 mph caused the wobble to subside. This was an extremely scary event and could have caused injury/death of both of us had I lost control. A dashcam video of the incident can be provided if needed.

Traveling on a two lane highway under clear conditions, mid-day, light drizzle, this 2016 Jeep Wrangler 4WD with less than 5,000 miles on it hydroplaned into an on-coming semi tractor trailer resulting in a head on collision and rollover. No other car in front of nor behind this vehicle had hydroplaning issues. This vehicle was totaled and the driver critically injured with long term disability prognosis. Investigate the following for failures & safety risks: 1. tires (less than 5,000 miles on them) 2. factory installed software designed to take control of vehicle 3. road resurfacing

My Jeep was bought brand new less than a month ago and when I take my foot off the brake or press the brakes there's a noise. Its not the same noise that the car would make if the brakes where bad. I brought my car back to the dealer that I got it from and they said all Jeep do that which doesn't make any sense.
