2015 kia forte hesitates since the day i leased it off the showroom floor. the car was looked at twice at sanone auto mall avenel nj. where i leased it. they told me it was a characteristic of the car. nonsense called kia to complain .i lived with this issue for 4500 miles.again i waited for the first oil change made appt at sansone explained to them about the annoying ongoing problem. spoke to Dan a new service manager..i wonder why? they reset the transmission. he said the car has to learn your driving habits..the car was a little better for a week the car used to coast forever when letting off gas now it down shifts to slow down then back to hesitating between 2/3/4 gears..now the car has 7600 miles still same issues called to make appt for service.. service dude Dan gave me the run around about this and that. i am very upset with this issue he said call kia consumer complaint... shame on sansone....i spoke to michelle, i have a case number, she said try another dealer which i did made appt..maybe they can resolve this ongoing problem. this car is junk..more gray hairs and nightmares..
