Optima Hybrid 2.4L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 15 miles

MY wife and I brought a KIA Optima over a year ago. From day one I have called and taken the car back to the dealer over 14 times. The first time I took the car back and spoke to the salesman, he said to me over the phone we want you to be happy, we will definitely give you another car.

When I got to the dealership all of that changed. The manager had told the salesman to tell me to get the car fixed elsewhere and they would pay for the repairs. I responded why would I do that when I'm paying for extended service within my purchase. He said they couldn't find anything wrong so to take it somewhere else if I continued to have a problem with the cars performance. All the service techs and himself had driven the car and found nothing wrong with the car's drive that maybe I was not use to a hybrids ride.

To make a long story short, I have been back to Healey Brothers Kia over 14 times and they are still saying nothing wrong with the car. The car drives like a surf board or like I'm jumping double Dutch, I'm dead serious. The stress and pins I feel sticking me in my head and neck driving and thinking of having to drive this damn car, oh! makes me so damn mad. 13 months of pure disgust for KIA, they sure as hell don't care about me. Today I had visions that I would crash and die today on my way home from work, who thinks like that, not me!

Too stressed to continue, thanks for letting me vent.
