Loose power on freeway. Have to pull over and turn engine off and on for car to run. Took to dealer and they have no clue of why it does that. No engine light.

I just bought a Soul 17 days ago and on Saturday it left me stranded 200 miles from home in the middle of the desert. The car was on cruise control @ 70mph with the A/C on when the speedometer and car started declining speed. Car was moving at 30mph with and was not able to give it gas because it was making a horrible noise. To make a long story short I drove it in to the next major town at 30mph and left it there because from 30 it went to 20. Now the Service Center is telling me there is nothing wrong with this vehicle.
I am so upset because 24 hour roadside assistance for KIA did not seem to care and left me stranded for 2 1/2 hours before I decided to start driving it like that because I was in the middle of the desert with no food and no water with the heat being 110. Roadside assistance did not text me back till 7:10pm when I originally opened the call at 3:46pm.

Leaving for work in the morning engine light came on and vehicle list power called tow truck had it took to paramount kia in Asheville they fixed it. it ended up being the acceleration switch behind the gas pedal a wire had come loose it was covers under my Warranty just thought I would let people know if this happens to you it could be the same problem I had.
