cracking/chipping paint cracking/chipping paint

New car, paint cracked on both side runners on roof above the doors. I was told could happen again because they are rubber. I got my first chip in the first week after having the trunk latch replaced for the rattle noise. I pointed it out to the service man and he gave me a paint pen. This was before I read about the paint problems. I was sold The car in Feb. 2019 which from what I have read, thus problem was being reported in 2018, not just the yellow.

Why is Kia selling cars with bad paint? I am leasing it, 3 year- obviously buying back this car is not an option- who wants a car with paint that chips and cracks with less than 10k miles??? Report your micro blue problems to Kia, the mam today acted shocked I was having problems. I told him I was shocked Kia is hiding this, as my service guy should me pictures of another micro blue stinger GT model, that was just in with the same problem, and I also read people reporting problems dated last year!!’ So, yeah-

Too bad, this is my 4 Kia could be my last.
