My rear mirror was broken on the right side 2012. causing mirror to swing around continuously while driving.. I took it to the dealer on West Kendall. They stated it was not fixable, that the bracket broke that holds the mirror together and charged me $434.00 to replace it, he stated it was not under warranty.
Today November 19, 2013 my rear view mirror on my left driver side is broken now with the same problem. Please tell me who wants to pay another $434.00 for another mirror because a rubber bracket is broken. I am very unhappy with this problem with Lexus. I really like my car, do to this problem I have second thoughts about purchasing another vehicle from Lexus.. Most of my friends drive Lexus..now they fear this problem. I hope you can resolve this problem for me. Ms. Sumpter
