problem #1

IS 250 2.5L V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 100,000 miles

The car will shoot off to the left and shoot off to the right depending on the road I am on. I have very little control of the car. This gets worse as I get up to highway speeds. The steering wheel is no longer tight and feels very loose and wobbly. Seems like there is a dead zone in the steering wheel as well at times. I have to fight the steering wheel to not fly off the road and die. It feels almost as if there is a ton of wind blowing me all over the road but in fact there is no wind.

Lexus dealership checked the car and said the alignment was in spec and that they couldn't replicate the issue. This is a crock because EVERY PERSON AND MECHANIC who has driven my car immediately notices this. It is dangerous and life threatening and a total disregard to my safety for Lexus to let me leave their dealership WITH A NEWBORN BABY and tell me that there was nothing wrong.

My tires are:

Front: 225/40R18. Rear: 255/40R18
