Lexus slogan should be changed to Relentless Pursuit of Imperfections!!!
Car is a 1 year old plus and the dealer in Crown Lexus Ontario CA told us to call our car insurance when the car warranty covers it for 5 years. There are warps all 4 sides of the door window frames with those black plastic moldings and more on the rear sides. These are lousy designed and they don't even want to cover it when the problem is their design flaws. Now we are calling the corporate and complaint their malpractice and also the car defect design's flaw.
